50 minutes of the signature class BUILD! Class begins with 10 minutes of core followed by strength based work and HIIT work. Low impact and strength based options provided during the high intensity work so you can do this whole workout with very little impact. Featured exercises include, renegade rows, deadlifts, snatches, mt. climbers.
