Grab a set of dumbbells and be ready to work for the next 17 minutes. Three upper body circuits with some core mixed in there. Each circuit will have 2-3 exercises and 2-3 sets. Adjust as needed! Featured exercises include: bent rows, chest press, bicep curls, hollow body holds, overhead press.
