LIVE 22 MIN BODYWEIGHT HIIT - EQUIP: BODYWEIGHT - LEVEL INTERMEDIATE
This class was taught on September 7th. Please note that this is a part of the Sept 7 Strength x HIIT Class. Class will begin with a 5 minute warmup followed by 15 minutes of station based HIIT work and a cooldown.
Detailed Format: 3 minute warmup
5 stations, 2 minutes per station. each station has a different theme featuring AMRAPS, cardio and continuous stations.
An optional weighted tabtata is used as a finisher.
