Class originally taught on October 9th, BUILD is one of the newer classes I teach! BUILD focuses on a gradual build of the heart rate over the 50 minutes. With low impact options provided throughout, this class definitely focuses on strength while giving you options to kick it up a notch! Dumbbells required for this one.
FORMAT DETAILS: 10 minutes of core 5 minute warmup
STRENGTH BLOCK: 6 exercises, 50 secs each, 2x 3 min AMRAP
HIIT BLOCK: 6 exercises, 50 sec each, 2x 2 min AMRAP
Finisher + Cooldown.
