Advanced HIIT class originally taught October 22nd. This is an advanced class. Class will start with 10 minutes of core, 3 min warmup, 30 minutes of high intensity interval training (HIIT) and a 5 minute cooldown. Class features multiple tabatas. Tabata is 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest. Exercise to expect include: Squats, pushups, mountain climber, snatch to lunge, burpees, froggers, hop lunges.
