Solid 40 minutes of work within a tabata format. Tabata is a way of training in a high intensity interval training fashion as it focuses on 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 4 minutes. The workout will feature six different tabatas and each tabata will rotate between two exercises. Bodyweight options provided. Featured exercises include, squat press, hand release pushups, squat thrusts, bridges, lunges, step drive.
